Processing Time
All original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped within 7-10 days of your order being placed. If there is any delay, I’ll contact you directly.

Packaging
Paintings are wrapped securely using acid-free paper and protective padding, then boxed with care to ensure safe delivery. All packages include tracking.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
At this time, I only ship within Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. I currently use Canada Post with tracking provided.

Local Pickup
I do not currently offer local pickup.

International Shipping
I’m hoping to expand to international shipping in the future. Thank you for your patience as I grow.

❌ Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
As a small independent artist, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please take care when ordering and reach out with any questions beforehand.

Damaged Orders
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll do my best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
